It's faster and easier to access pickups online. 

 

Getting Started

With the Schedule a Pickup tool, you can quickly and easily schedule a pickup of your shipments. 

 

Step #1. -  You may downroad our RX form( Lab prescription) from our  website. And  fill out your name, date, contact information, and your order detail on top of it, And then describe your case in detail in the form. 

 

Step #2 - Then, prepare your order by placing the impression along with its RX in the box. If you have more than one (1) case to send, you can bundle orders together in the same box by separating them inside plastic bags.

 

 

Step #3 - The final step is to schedule a pickup for your order. We prefer customers contact Miso Dental Studio to arrange delivery of packages since this method has proved most effective. Alternately, if you already purchase shipping labels, you can contact UPS directly.
